It's like Lord of the Flies hovering above Manhattan, Doug + Mike Starn on the Roof: Big Bambú at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC is an architectural sculpture built of sturdy bamboo and bright nylon ropes (that remind one distinctly of friendship bracelets) measuring 100 feet long, 50 feet wide, and 50 feet high and feels like a growing organism and playhouse at the same time. Hope you get to see it before is closes on Halloween!
