Interiors illustrator Jeremiah Goodman was born in 1922 in upstate New York and currently lives and paints in Manhattan. Before photography was readily used his gouache paintings captured the mood of rooms while still in their design stage, and helped reveal the interior visions for the homes of taste makers like Bruce Weber, Edward Albee, Yves Saint Laurent, Mario Buatta, Diana Vreeland, the Duchess of Windsor, Greta Garbo and Cecil Beaton.
